Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from alphaaisolutions.org ("the Site"), operated by Alpha One Stop LLC, doing business as Alpha AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. About Alpha AI Solutions

Alpha AI Solutions provides digital cursor design products, custom commission work, website builds, AI automations, and related digital design services. All products are delivered electronically. We do not provide physical goods, financial advice, or medical advice of any kind.

3. License grant

Unless explicitly upgraded to a Commercial, Studio, or Enterprise license at the time of order, all cursor purchases include a non-transferable, non-exclusive Personal License. The Personal License permits:

• Use across your own personal devices
• Modification for personal use
• Backup copies for personal use

The Personal License does NOT permit:

• Use in commercial work, client projects, or paid services
• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
• Inclusion in template marketplaces or asset packs
• Use in monetized streaming overlays, YouTube channels, or paid content (Commercial License required)

4. Intellectual property

All cursor designs, animations, brand assets, and digital products remain the intellectual property of Alpha AI Solutions. Purchase grants only the license described in Section 3. We retain all copyright and ownership rights.

5. Custom commission work

Custom commissions are subject to additional terms agreed in writing at the time of order. By default:

• A deposit is required to begin work; amount confirmed in your quote
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work begins
• Final files are delivered upon final payment
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise stated
• Commission work is delivered with a Commercial License by default

6. Payment

All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Alpha AI Solutions does not store credit card information. Payments are made via secure payment links sent to your email after order confirmation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Sales tax may apply based on your billing location.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use our products in any unlawful manner
• Distribute or resell our products without a proper license
• Use our products in malware, phishing, or other malicious software
• Reverse-engineer or extract source assets for redistribution
• Submit fraudulent payment information

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or compatible with every system configuration. Compatibility is described on each product listing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha AI Solutions's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
