Alpha AI Solutions sells exclusively digital products. No physical items are manufactured, packaged, or shipped. All purchases are delivered as digital files sent directly to your email address.
How delivery works
All orders at Alpha AI Solutions — both ready-made cursor designs and custom commissions — are fulfilled manually by our team. Here is the standard process:
- You submit your order by emailing us your selection and requested designs.
- We confirm your order and send a secure payment link for the agreed amount.
- Once payment is confirmed, our team prepares and sends your files.
- Files are delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation — usually much faster.
What you receive
Each delivery includes:
- Cursor files in all applicable formats (.svg, .png, .cur, .ani, .ico, .icns)
- Installation instructions for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- License documentation for your tier
Rush delivery
Rush delivery — within a few hours rather than 24 hours — is available on request. Mention it when you email your order and we will confirm availability and pricing. Rush delivery on custom commission work is a $29.99 add-on.
Custom commissions
Custom cursor commissions follow the same email delivery method. Initial concepts are sent within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Final files within 7 business days, or within a few hours with rush delivery.
Website, AI & consulting projects
Service projects are delivered digitally — a deployed website, a delivered automation, or a scheduled session — on these typical timelines once the deposit clears and scope is confirmed:
- Starter websites — 3–5 business days
- Business / multi-page websites — 2–3 weeks
- AI automation projects — 2–6 weeks, depending on scope
- Consulting — first session scheduled within 1 week
Larger custom builds are scoped individually and the exact timeline is confirmed in your written quote before any deposit is taken.

Alpha AI Solutions products are available worldwide. Because all products are digital, there are no shipping restrictions, customs fees, or location-based delivery times. Anywhere with email access can receive our products.
