All Alpha AI Solutions products — cursor designs and custom commissions — are digital files delivered via email. No physical goods are shipped. No returns are required.
14-day technical issue window
If you experience a technical issue — corrupted files, files that won't install on your stated operating system, or missing formats — contact us within 14 days of payment and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

All other sales are final
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered for change of mind or accidental purchases once files have been delivered. Once your cursor files have been sent to your email, the order is considered fulfilled.
Custom projects — commissions, websites, AI & consulting
Custom projects — cursor commissions, website builds, AI automations, and consulting — are billed 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the scoping, design, and development time already spent. For milestone-based projects, completed and paid milestones are non-refundable — you are only ever billed for work delivered.
If you cancel a custom project before work has started — before we begin scoping or building — contact us within 24 hours of your deposit and we will issue a full refund. After work has started, the deposit is retained and any remaining balance is prorated to the work completed to date.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. We respond to all support requests within 24 hours and will resolve legitimate issues. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may result in your account being barred from future orders.
