What we collect

When you place an order with Alpha AI Solutions, we collect only what is necessary to fulfill it:

• Email address — to deliver your files and confirm your order
• Billing address — collected by our payment processor for payment processing and tax calculation
• Order details — what you ordered, when, and the amount paid

We do not collect your physical shipping address (all products are digital), date of birth, phone number, or any health information.

What we don't store

We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or expiration date. Payment information is collected directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never touches our servers.

How we use your data

• To deliver your files via email
• To send order receipts and delivery confirmations
• To respond to support inquiries
• To improve our products based on aggregated, anonymized purchase data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following service providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• A PCI-compliant payment processor — secure card processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

Cookies and tracking

We use minimal cookies — only what is required to make the site function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our payment processor may set its own cookies during the payment flow, governed by that processor's privacy policy.

Data retention

Order records (email, order details, amount) are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your data outside of these legal requirements at any time.
